In this sense my path is made in the development of People, connected to teaching, coaching and mentoring.

I am Director of the Executive MBA and of the Marketing area at Católica Porto Business School (CPBS), executive education. Assistant Professor at CPBS. Visiting Professor at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (IAG PUC-RIO). Former Associate Dean for CPBS Executive Training (2013-2020). Accredited Mentor by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC); Coach with the International Coaching Certification - ACTP by Activision ICF.  In terms of training, I completed the Digital Marketing: Disruptive Strategy Programme at Said Business School/University of Oxford (2020) and the Marketing Programme at Columbia Business School (2011). PhD from ISCTE (Lisbon: ISCTE, 2007). Master in Marketing at Católica Porto Business School (2000). MBA in Business Operations Management at Católica Porto Business School (1998). In the area of brands I have developed research with frequent presentations in international conferences.  I am a consultant in the marketing area.
