Born in Mozambique, Portuguese national and with over 25 years experience in projects and team mangement, in companies of different business areas, from banking to large consumption products, has accepted challenges both in the national, european (France and Luxemburg) and african markets (Angola).
With a Business Administration and Management degree by Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Business Scholl, with a specialization in Marketing and Communication, a Post-Grad in Performance and Management Control from ISEG, Coaching training by the International Coach Federation and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming by John Grinder.
Cristina began her professional career in 1990 in banking, having worked in the Strategic Marketing and Communication and Operational Management (process efficiency) of several banks. Afterwards, she was on the board of a retail and large consumption products multinational (food and beverage), with a significant footprint in creating brands that have become a reference in the local market (Africa), and are also currently in the portuguese market.
Specializing in marketing and communication, lead Cristina to accept the challenge of managing the communication multinational McCann Erickson Portugal, where she had the opportunity to develop communication skills for clients in very diverse sectors. Life once again led her to the african market, where she consulted several companies in the areas of luxury goods, hotel and tourism, security, in paralel with the strategic development of new businesses.
Coaching has been a constant in her professional path, for she believes that the greatest challenge in leadership jobs is the ability to elevate the team's potential, which is why Cristina trained in Coaching and NLP. Since, then, she has had the privilege of using these new tools in private and executive clients.
