Her passion for the creative fields led her to study Advertising and Marketing, which led to a 20-year career in advertising agencies for international groups. During this time, she specialized in integrated project management for major national and international brands, developing her expertise in teamwork, strategic thinking, time and stress management, as well as adapting to challenges and problem-solving.

In 2014, she began to deepen her interest in nutrition and healthy eating, attending various training courses that culminated in her certification as a Family Health Coach by the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute (USA), accredited by the ICF.

In 2022, she turned this passion into purpose by founding the My Family Health Coach project, dedicated to supporting families in the transition to a more balanced diet, promoting training and workshops. At the same time, she has collaborated with various schools, leading cooking classes and workshops focused on healthy habits.

She believes that food plays a fundamental role in promoting well-being, preventing illness and managing emotions and stress - areas she studies continuously.

Her contact with the business world over the years has made her understand the challenges of working life in adopting a healthier lifestyle. That's why she's also dedicated to training and empowering companies, helping employees to improve their health and well-being through more conscious and balanced food choices.
