ICF accredited, Vanda is an expert in empowering and relating people, ideas and projects, accompanying people in thei individual development and creating innovating projects that help publicize and make Coaching available to all.

With a vast experience in the formal and non formal education field, has worked in TEIP schools - housing districts, where she worked with children, youths and people with disabilities.

With a degree in education and social science, Vanda lived in Mozambique where she designed transformational projects. A teacher, Vanda gives personal development workshops, individual and group coaching and is an expert in the Vocational Coaching area.

Lastly, Vanda is envolved in events and activities that support causes like ageing, employment and animal protection.
