Over three decades working in the corporate world, he has acquired a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and the challenges faced by professionals at different stages of their lives. With solid credentials and ongoing training in coaching and mentoring, he develops collaborative, effective and ethical work with clients. She combines coaching and mentoring techniques with intuition and pragmatism and invests in the power of self-exploration and genuine dialogue to facilitate new perspectives and promote meaningful and authentic individual and interpersonal change.

She has a degree in Economics from NovaSBE. She has 22 years‘ experience in the financial sector in team/department leadership roles in various areas (internal control, compliance, product and service design and management, finance and operations) and 7 years’ experience in large multinational consultancies.

She has been working as a coach since 2021. She has been an ACC Coach and a member of the ICF, accredited as a Mentor by the EMCC and a certified trainer by the IEFP since 2024. She is Vice President of Operations at ICF Portugal for the 2024-2025 biennium.

Her coaching and mentoring style is collaborative, reflective, intuitive and pragmatic, and her experience is mainly focused on the financial, IT, consultancy, education, social, consumer and retail sectors. The topics she has worked on most are professional development, professional transition, leadership, organisation and time management, team management and development, emotional intelligence and professional-personal balance.
