Our program is directed by António Costa, a Qualified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
On Line Sessions
Business Option - 8 weekly sessions - during working hours Personal Option - 8 weekly sessions - from 7 pm to 10 pm + 1 extra session in an intensive format (half-day retreat)

- January 7, 21 and 28 *(intensive retreat)
