Our mentoring offer was created to respond to the recent alterations in the ICF's (International Coach Federation) requirements, and to the requests we have received from our alumni and other clients.
It's our purpose to provide the adequate services to the continuous development of the coaches's abilities and competencies and, in general, of the Coaching practice. Therefore, we have a team of experienced and self-demanding professionals, that challenge themselves and maintain a continuous attitude of learning and sharing.
A coaching process and feedback basead on the collaboration, apreciation and dialogue throught the observation or listening of recording of coaching sessions, with the aim of developing coach's abilities and it's alignment with ICF's Core Competencies, so as to reach the required levels for each credencial level (see ICF info)
