Anne is an MCC Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation and holds the role of Lead Trainer at Activision International Coaching.

She specializes in executive and team coaching and has over 25 years' experience in various fields. She has been working with InsightOut since day one in 2013.

With a multicultural and multilingual background, Anne is of French and Portuguese descent, with Spanish roots. Her professional career includes a wide range of activities, from university teaching as a guest lecturer at the Nova School of Business & Economics in Lisbon to managing employee assistance programs and stress management programs in large companies such as TAP Air Portugal. She has also conducted several missions in Europe and Africa for organizations such as the United Nations and the International Labor Office.

Anne is certified in coaching by the Process Communication Model and is proficient in the systemic method, having been trained by Peter Hawkins in team building methodologies and Systemic Team Coaching.

With a university degree in Psychology, she also has specializations in Short-Term Psychotherapies, Sophrology and Psychosomatics, and has maintained her private practice since 1995.

Anne also has an adventurous spirit, having taken part in an expedition to the North Pole on skis in 1994.

Her linguistic ability is remarkable, being bilingual in French and Portuguese, fluent in English and with knowledge of German and Spanish.
