MCC credential by International Coach Federation, and Head Trainer at Activision International Coaching CIEO School. Specialized in collective coaching and team building. Multicultural and multilingual, Anne is both French and Portuguese with Spanish roots. She has been working worldwide for more than 25 years. She is specialized in change management and personal & organizational growth.

Anne’s experience as University invited teacher includes Leadership, Communication, Team Management, Emotional Intelligence courses at the Executive Education Center of Nova School of Business & Economics in Lisbon. She also designed and managed EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs) and several Stress Management programs in big companies such as the airline TAP Portugal and conducted similar missions in Europe and Africa for the United Nations and the International Labor Office. She’s also certified in Process Communication Model coaching and she masters systemic approach being trained in Systemic Team Coaching by Peter Hawkins, in Team Building and Outdoors training methodologies. With a University degree in Psychology, Anne is also trained in Short-Term Psychotherapy, Sophrology, Psychosomatics and keeps a private practice since 1995.

Anne has participated in an expedition to the North Pole on skis in 1994. She is bilingual in French and Portuguese, she’s fluent in English and speaks  some German and Spanish.
