Is an Executive Coach for over 20 years, and has developed individual and group learning systems combining coaching and training. Created a coaching program accredited by ICF, currently being taught in 3 continents (America, Asia and Europe).

For over 10 years, she taught Leadership and Inter-Cultural Management in France and abroad: in HEC Executive Education programs, Nova Fórum, at Lisbon's Economic's University Executive Center.

Currently, she's the dean of our Activision School and at HEC (Paris). Certified by HEC, she's also «Coach & Team» certified by the Transformance Institute (2000), trained in Systemic Approach (François Balta), certified em Communication Processes in Coaching Management©.

Catherine is quadrilingual, speaking 4 languages (French, English, Portuguese and Italian) and speaks in all 5 continents for major international groups.

Was ICF France President from 2014 to 2015. Currently, she's Global Board Director for ICF Global.
