Passionate about people and interconnections, she is energised by change, its positive impact and co-learning and co-creation partnerships.

With a PhD in Science, she has 25 years of global experience in R&D, Project Management and Supply Chain in top universities and industries in Belgium, France, the UK and Portugal. She has led a wide range of international teams, projects and programmes involving Europe, Asia and the United States.

Energised by the art and science of project and change management and human growth, she is now dedicated to Coaching, Mentoring and Training as she believes in the power of Coaching and Mentoring to enhance people's development. She is an ICF Coach and Senior Practitioner Mentor accredited by the EMCC.

She has been working with InsightOut since 2022.

She leads training and transformation programmes in partnership with various organisations. She is a guest lecturer at ISCTE in the area of change management as part of the Executive Master in Programme and Project Management.

She volunteers for PMI, ICF, EMCC and PWN, emphasising the notion of "give back". She is VP Marketing and Communications at PMI Portugal, is responsible for mentoring within the scope of PMI Portugal in Schools and leads the PMI Portugal Mentoring programme. She works as an Angel at PWN.
