Paul is President of Variations International a coaching and training firm including Activision Coaching Institute, an international professional coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is an adjunct professor at HEC Paris, where he runs the Leadership Program for the Executive MBA (n°1 in the Financial Times ranking in 2020 & 2021) and Leadership Executive Education Programs.  Paul is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has more than 20 years of experience, working with leaders, C-level executives, and senior teams across different industries and geographies.

Paul holds a degree in Philosophy (Paris I Sorbonne), a master degree in Communication and an MBA from HEC. He co-published 2 books : L’intelligence Situationnelle, Eyrolles, Paris, 2017 - Coaching de Managers et de Dirigeants, Eyrolles, Paris, 2021.

He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the orchestra "Le Baroque Nomade" and of the association "L'inversion du regard".
