With more than 20 years in the automotive industry, throughout my career I have worked in different business areas, such as Sales, Marketing, Project Management and, more recently, I have dedicated myself to the fascinating area of Electric Mobility, Sustainability and Innovation. What began as another stage in my career has become a passion.

Throughout my career, I have led teams and people, which naturally led me to Coaching and Mentoring, exercised completely spontaneously and informally, as a tool for leadership, guidance and inspiration.

My interest in personal and team development has led me to explore and delve into fascinating areas such as Neuroscience, Mindfulness and Quantum Physics, as powerful tools for enhancing innate abilities.

The decision to become a certified coach was the logical step, because I believe that we all have greater potential than we realize, and coaching is an incredible tool for tapping into that potential.
