Accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) with the level of PCC (Professional Certified Coach), she is an executive coach and works in various sectors of activity and in several languages: she is trilingual in English, Italian and Portuguese and fluent in French. She has vast professional experience in the Portuguese and international publishing world, as a director and consultant, having worked for multinational groups in London and Lisbon.
Simona is a coach in business programmes in various sectors of activity and in national and international private processes. She is a trainer and mentor in the Coaching course (CIEO - Activision), ACTP (Accredited Coaching Training Program), ICF, and internationally in coaching training programs for HRD. She is a certified Coaching Supervisor by CSA (Coaching Supervision Academy). Currently she is also a project manager with the Gulbenkian Foundation.
She is a coach in the international program CoachActivism, which provides professional coaching to volunteers working with refugees. She was a member of the Solidarity Committee and of the Ethics Committee of ICF Portugal. She has a degree in Economics, Politics and French, University of Kent at Canterbury, and a degree in Psychology in a British University.
She has relevant training in Coaching (CIEO - Activision, course accredited by ICF) and Co-Development (Activision Institute). She has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision (Coaching Supervision Academy, UK). He is a Certified Behaviour Professional Analyst (TTI - Success Insight).
Simona is currently doing an MSc in Psychosynthesis Leadership and Organisational Coaching at Middlesex University.
