She is a coach in business programs and with executives from various sectors of activity in Portugal and internationally.

She has been working with InsightOut since 2016.

She is trilingual in English, Italian and Portuguese and fluent in French. Accredited by the ICF at PCC level. She is a trainer and mentor on the InsightOut/Activision coaching training course.

She is a trainer and mentor at the Activision Coaching Institute in business programs in Paris, New York and Asia. She is a coach in the international CoachActivism program, which provides professional coaching to volunteers working with refugees.

She has a degree in Economics, Politics and French from the University of Kent at Canterbury and a degree in Psychology from a British university. She is studying for an MA in Psychosynthesis Leadership and Organizational Coaching at Middlesex University. She has relevant training in Coaching and Co-development. She has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision (Coaching Supervision Academy, UK).

She is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (TTI - Success Insight) and NLP Practitioner Classic & New Code trained by John Grinder and in Mindfulness (MBSR).
