Sophie is consultant, trainer and coach, specialized in business development and functional relationships in matrix organizations

With a master degree in English from Paris IV Sorbonne, she also graduated from a business school (IPME-Weller Paris and San Francisco). She is also trained in coaching for individuals, teams and organizations (Activision Coaching Course – CIEO 2013). She is also a Process Communication certified coach (Kahler France – 2016).

After 25 years of experience in fast moving consumer goods, she gained real expertise in operational business, daily monitoring of activities, management of profitability and training of management teams. In France and abroad, in an international company, she has managed many teams, worked in a matrix environment and developed numerous training programs as well as tools and work processes to optimize team efficiency

Today she durably works with companies on performance management, commercial development and profitability optimization. She helps identifying areas of improvement and sets up new work processes. She also works on the development of management competencies and collaborative work.

She also accompanies executives, managers, entrepreneurs as part of her personal coaching practice. She conducts co-development sessions, she also develops training programs facilitating collaborative approach.
