The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method is a technique that promotes thinking, communication and problem solving in organizations, teams and individuals.

It is based on extensive research in business, organizational development, psychology and learning.

This methodology is based on the power of "hand knowledge". Our hands are connected to 70/80 percent of our brain cells. Our brain is limited in the amount of information it can consciously handle at one time, the so-called working memory. But with the help of all the neural connections in our hands, we "know" much more at any given time than we think we know.

This program is based on the program developed by the Oxford College Institute of Mindfulness "Finding Peace in a Frantic World", aiming to provide answers to the mental, psychological and emotional challenges of today's society and its demands. It is a program designed for intense markets where the time invested and content applied versus the personal and professional productivity of the participant is the main focus.

Our program is coordinated by António Costa, Qualified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, along with a team that combines extensive leadership and management experience in business environments with academic training in word-renowned faculties such as University of California and Oxford University.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a program based on Mindfulness Techniques, developed by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn, in 1979, in the Dep. of Medicine of Massachusetts University, in the U.S.A.

Our program is directed by António Costa, a Qualified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

This is one of the most incredible challenges of self-transcendence - and also one of the most effective. We Can Do It works the ability to overcome limits, through simple and very powerful metaphors that get us to change the way we approach the daily challenges and opportunities.

By doing things we never thought possible - like breaking boards with our hands, bending steel bars with our neck or breaking arrows - we'll test all our limiting beliefs, thus transforming fear into self-confidence. Limitations will become motivation.
