Between 1998 and 2021, he worked as a crew member at TAP AIR Portugal, and from 2015 as a cabin manager. Over these 23 years he has developed leadership, communication, team management and conflict management skills. The opportunity to travel from a very early age, and later in a professional capacity, contributed to a very valuable cultural enrichment, as well as to an awareness of how strongly the social codes, religion, climate and culture of each country influence the frames of reference of its inhabitants.

She has trained in Mindfulness and Teen Coaching in ICIJ (Institute for Child and Youth Growth), in Rio de Janeiro.

After a process of much introspection, I am looking for my true purpose and vocation; as such, I have decided to abandon aviation and dive into the world of Coaching.

I truly believe in human potential and in each person's intrinsic ability to achieve whatever goal they set themselves. My main goal is to help each individual or group of individuals, in partnership with them, successfully achieve their personal and professional growth.
