This invitation is exclusively for professional coaches, organisational development practitioners and facilitators.
The programme is complex and requires a minimum of experience in the areas described above.

This 2-day training is designed to teach you to coach and work with clients at a transformational level. The program is designed solely for coaches/mentors outside of Portugal.
Participants are involved in lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities.
You’ll be working one-on-one with the creator of the system and his Senior Training Team to deliver the foundational knowledge you need for effectively administering, running and interpreting the tool.
All the training and components required for immediate start-up.
Participants receive a collection of highly detailed comprehensive materials and extensive support tools.

Learning materials, experiential exercises and one-on-one coaching for every participants. Guest real clients to present their cases. At the end of our certification programme a case study assessment gains you full certification.
You will have a deep understanding of the power of agility Model and how to work with it, you will be proficient in reading and interpreting the data from the survey assessments.
This includes the process of setting up and running a survey with your clients.
