Working with people and for people is my true passion.

I believe that our greatest challenge is to be able to relate with ourselves and with those around us, respecting the individuality of each one. Being able to enhance the best and minimise the less good in each person is an enormous inspiration and an excellent motor for self-motivation and happiness.

As a result of my professional career in communication companies (22 years), as a general manager, client manager and respective integrated brand management and creation teams, people have been my focus since very early on. Structured and motivated people result in personal and professional success projects.

I am a Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with a post-graduate degree in General Management and Marketing and a degree in Communication and Culture Sciences, specialising in organisational and applied communication.
