Goals

The purpose is to equip the human being with more capabilities to dealwith their emotions, sensations, thoughts, and behaviors, thus bringing more balance to all areas of their lives.

Program

The SELF CARE PROGRAM features two courses, developed by scientifically-researched faculties in Mindfulness, such as the College of San Diego in Californiaand Oxford College in the UK. One of the courses is recomended by British Government´s National Health Service. Through the use of pratical and objective language it promotes:
  • Reduce levels of absenteeism;
  • Increased levels of presenteeism;
  • Reduction in the number of conflits;
  • Burnout prevention;
  • Reduction of stress and anxiety levels;
  • Increased cognitive flexibiliy;
  • Improved interpersonal relationships;
  • Increased general well being;
  • Increased productivity through balance

Self Care Program

This program is based on the program developed by the Oxford College Institute of Mindfulness "Finding Peace in a Frantic World", aiming to provide answers to the mental, psychological and emotional challenges of today's society and its demands. It is a program designed for intense markets where the time invested and content applied versus the personal and professional productivity of the participant is the main focus.

Our program is coordinated by António Costa, Qualified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, along with a team that combines extensive leadership and management experience in business environments with academic training in word-renowned faculties such as University of California and Oxford University.

8 Week Format - 8 sessions of 75 to 90 minutes (weekly)     OR                                     2 Day Format - 1 workshop of 60 minutes + 2 days of 6h ( consecutive or 2 weeks apart)
